Through precise temperature control, the sintering temperature curve (heating, holding, and cooling) is ensured to precisely match the material properties, avoiding cracking or deformation.

 

Type of modern furnace adopt insulation layers and waste heat recovery, reducing energy consumption by 20% to 30%.

The daily output of tunnel kiln can reach more than ten thousand pieces.
